The individual franchise agent is at the forefront of this system and will be responsible for the all the customer interaction and satisfaction from order checking and delivery throughout their area Finding and looking after existing and new customers, as well as being the "Local" conection giving that personal touch and representation.
As customer service is our number one priority the agent is the company representative and first line of defense in customer retention and satisfaction “not the right color, size item” no problem we will have the correct one out tomorrow ! want to return something “just give it to your agent” ! try getting that service from the Box store or the on-line guys.
Our centralized customer service and sales center will provide the administration to support the agents on the ground with the best customer service they can.
This is not a Job with us but a partnership that removes the “hassle” of a dealership and retains the benefits.
How do the agents get paid?
Agent receive a percentage of gross sales (or total invoice value) on every sale in their area in some cases this is more than some dealers get now !
So how is this possible to be competitive?
Simply our efficiency, low overheads and buying power with no stock overheads and direct delivery allow us to be very compeitive
Why don't we use a delivery company and save giving the majority of the profit to the agents?
